Subprocessors

This page lists the service providers that process data on our behalf, each under a contract that limits them to providing their service to us. We keep this list current.

Supabase. Hosting, database, authentication, and file storage, running on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Handles account and content data, which is encrypted.

OpenAI. Powers the AI support feature and processes conversation content. Under contract, the provider is prohibited from using member content to train its models.

Resend. Sends transactional email and notifications, using your name and email.

ElevenLabs. Provides audio for certain practices, handling only practice text and audio.

Vercel. Hosts the website and provides privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics.

A payment processor. If and when we introduce paid plans, a payment processor will be added to this list, and we will not store full card numbers.
