The Notification Log

Records the certified mail number for each notice, which is the evidence an executor is asked for when a notice is later disputed.

If a creditor or an heir later says they were never notified, this log is where your answer lives. Record what you sent, the date, and the certified mail number, and keep it beside the ledger. A clear record is what an executor is asked for when a notice is questioned.
