The Notification Log

Records the certified mail number for each notice, the document that protects an executor in a dispute.

If a creditor or an heir later claims they were never notified, this log is the answer. Record what you sent, the date, and the certified mail number, and keep it beside the ledger. It is quiet paperwork that does one loud thing: it protects you.
